In this post I will be giving tips on how to find the PERFECT prom dress for your body type, while sharing this seasons prom trends. We don't need anything spilling out or any dress malfunctions this year, so lets get started.<br />
<h3>
Body Type: Petite</h3>
If you're petite then you want to make yourself seem taller and a short dress can do that for you!<br />
<img src="http://img1.promgirl.com/_img/PGPRODUCTS/735392/500/pink-dress-DJ-7521-b.jpg" /><br />
Being that this dress is short automatically gives your legs a boost and makes you seem taller.<br />
Also look for dresses with an asymmetrical hem. They can add a quirk to your Prom look.<br />
<h4>
PROM TREND ALERT: Mirror beading.</h4>
Mirror beading is hot this season. When the lights hit off those babies you'll be a partying disco ball.<br />
<h3>
Body Type : Tall and Slender</h3>
If you're tall and slender you don't want to look like a stick prom night, you would want to have curves or at least look like it. Look for dresses that are pinched at the waist and that are longer in order to keep your height.<br />
<img alt="view-extra1" src="http://img1.promgirl.com/_img/PGPRODUCTS/966303/320/lavender-dress-LF-18602-a.jpg" /> <img alt="FrontView" src="http://img1.promgirl.com/_img/PGPRODUCTS/787178/320/TE_1025_20121802_125651.jpg" /><br />
The purple dress is a great way of showing off your height while the black dress gives you curves with its pinched waist.<br />
<h4>
PROM TREND ALERT: Cut-out dresses</h4>
Cut-out dresses are H-O-T HOT! They give you that pop of sexy you need for prom. Cut-out designs can be worn with almost every body type. Just don't over board with the cuts. We don't need to see too much skin... It's still a school event.<br />
<h3>
Body Type: Busty</h3>
Now for us busty ladies, we have to make sure our girls stay in all night. Since we are top heavy we need dresses that hold the girls down but that don't make them look even bigger.<br />
<img alt="FrontView" src="http://img1.promgirl.com/_img/PGPRODUCTS/1023675/320/nude-candy-dress-SH-21103-a.jpg" /> <img alt="FrontView" src="http://img1.promgirl.com/_img/PGPRODUCTS/786831/320/sh_1600_abbb_20110611_190005.jpg" /><br />
Busty girls should go for sleeves and straps. They will do you good! While going strapless is nice and sexy it can be dangerous for busty girls. We don't want any malfunctions!<br />
<h4>
PROM TREND ALERT: Bold designs</h4>
Bold designs have taken over the prom dress world. Bold designs can vary from over the top beading to animal print. I say be careful when dealing with these bold prints and patterns. Curvy and Petite girls can easily be swallowed up the print or the pattern. But beading can you no wrong!<br />
<br />
<h3>
Body Type: Curvy and Full-Figured</h3>
Curvy ladies! Lets extenuate those curves! Curvy ladies usually have a little of everything, butt, bust, and tummy. Why not make them look good with a dress like this.<br />
<img height="400" src="http://static.zoovy.com/img/onlineformals/W1333-H2000-Bffffff/sherrihillprom2013/sherri_hill_21036_light_blue_21036_2.jpg" width="265" /><br />
These dresses are perfect for curvy or full figured girls. The first dress keeps the girls in and also extenuates your butt and hips. While the second dress keeps the girls in and makes your tummy area smaller.<br />
<h4>
PROM TREND ALERT: Intricate beading</h4>
Intricate beading adds that touch of elegance to your prom outfit. It can lead to making your prom dress a bit expensive, but hey, If you want you'll try your hardest to get it right?<br />
<h3>
Body Type: Hour-glass</h3>
The hour class shape can go hand and hand with the curvy body type but I wanted to show more dresses which helped extenuate those hips and bust even more.<br />
<img height="400" src="http://www.efashioncentral.com/usersimg/128/images/37.jpg" width="300" /> <img alt="FrontView" height="400" src="http://img1.promgirl.com/_img/PGPRODUCTS/910971/320/KK3110-IVS-$109-(1)_20123005_151959.jpg" width="240" /><br />
Hour-glassed shaped girls want to extenuate their curves, but not make them look like boxes so dresses that pinch at the bust and are form fitting can do them great justice. Also sweetheart necklines look great on them too!<br />
<h4>
PROM TREND ALERT: Geometric designs.</h4>
Geometric designs are by far my favorite trend this prom season, especially geometric cut-outs like in the first dress. Also geometric designs can include geometric patterns like in the second dress. This trend can look fantastic on all tall and slender girls as well as the hour-glass shape too.<br />
<br />
Well that's it! That's just some tips on what to look for when shopping for your perfect prom dress. Make sure to keep your prom dress PG13! Not too revealing! BUT you don't have to go by my rules, when finding a prom dress. Find the prom dress YOU love and feel comfortable in. And you don't have to spend a lot of money on your perfect dress either. There are plenty inexpensive dresses out there. Be patient on your search. And go to shops to try dresses on, the internet is not always reliable when it comes to sizes. But yeah, Happy shopping and searching! Good Luck Chi-Chi's!<br />

So, I've been needing to cover my desk because it has bubbles and the paint is chipping, and it's just a hot mess so this is how i covered my desk.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-XnEIJIxynt8/UPJTKQSHEZI/AAAAAAAAA-Q/BTGhVdkbiz8/s1600/DSCN8437.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="480" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-XnEIJIxynt8/UPJTKQSHEZI/AAAAAAAAA-Q/BTGhVdkbiz8/s640/DSCN8437.JPG" width="640" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Materials:</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Hot Glue Gun</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Scissors</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Tape</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Fabric of choice ( I used Lace and a White Fabric)</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-yjmxE9Eclhg/UPJTMZ0etcI/AAAAAAAAA-g/IOps-56PNX4/s1600/DSCN8438.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="480" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-yjmxE9Eclhg/UPJTMZ0etcI/AAAAAAAAA-g/IOps-56PNX4/s640/DSCN8438.JPG" width="640" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
1st: Lay your fabric on the desk and cut the fabric with a extra 2-3 in. on all sides.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-i5rOdIySF1A/UPJTMYRge4I/AAAAAAAAA-c/7zVGdhQL8eg/s1600/DSCN8439.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="480" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-i5rOdIySF1A/UPJTMYRge4I/AAAAAAAAA-c/7zVGdhQL8eg/s640/DSCN8439.JPG" width="640" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
2nd: Center the fabric and glue the fabric on the edges of the desk with the glue gun. You may need to glue it and tape it down because gravity may not let it hold.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-0NipCOsdCYg/UPJTMAPwQwI/AAAAAAAAA-Y/81GSPR5OSP0/s1600/DSCN8440.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="480" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-0NipCOsdCYg/UPJTMAPwQwI/AAAAAAAAA-Y/81GSPR5OSP0/s640/DSCN8440.JPG" width="640" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
3rd: Repeat on all sides.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
4th: The edges should be sticking out so fold them and glue them back.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-E8VhZcy3neg/UPJTO42MayI/AAAAAAAAA-w/PTF4IQWtT1M/s1600/DSCN8441.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="480" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-E8VhZcy3neg/UPJTO42MayI/AAAAAAAAA-w/PTF4IQWtT1M/s640/DSCN8441.JPG" width="640" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
You're finished! I used the white fabric and then covered it with lace. I left the front of the lace fabric hanging because it had a decorative end but i glued every other side down.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-57v3yoj0e4w/UPJTP8ezpqI/AAAAAAAAA-0/00KJ_oYgUfw/s1600/DSCN8442.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="480" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-57v3yoj0e4w/UPJTP8ezpqI/AAAAAAAAA-0/00KJ_oYgUfw/s640/DSCN8442.JPG" width="640" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
(Excuse my dirty room)</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
But that's it, You're all done! Now you have a brand new desk! </div>
<br />

Crosses have become a big trend. I've been seeing these cut-out Tee's around but i don't want to pay for it if i can make it for free. So here's my DIY. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-pv4yHtp6fPc/UPJNCyeE4rI/AAAAAAAAA70/6N3OU_cWM78/s1600/DSCN8332.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="480" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-pv4yHtp6fPc/UPJNCyeE4rI/AAAAAAAAA70/6N3OU_cWM78/s640/DSCN8332.JPG" width="640" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Materials: </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Box</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Tee Shirt</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Scissors</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Washable Marker</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Rubber Bands</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-U1z8dlx-uGE/UPJNGt4EJtI/AAAAAAAAA8U/qFSDQoYGqWM/s1600/DSCN8337.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="480" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-U1z8dlx-uGE/UPJNGt4EJtI/AAAAAAAAA8U/qFSDQoYGqWM/s640/DSCN8337.JPG" width="640" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
1st: Trace the outline of the cross</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-d0AOiceyvMs/UPJNIQ02idI/AAAAAAAAA8o/uYz9fF5neOg/s1600/DSCN8338.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="480" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-d0AOiceyvMs/UPJNIQ02idI/AAAAAAAAA8o/uYz9fF5neOg/s640/DSCN8338.JPG" width="640" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
2nd: Trace the squares in the inside of the cross with a extra piece cardboard. Make sure the squares are far enough apart to where the fabric in the middle of each square won't tear.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-ldbM2Op7Tc4/UPJNEwydP9I/AAAAAAAAA8E/UANzmlr07u8/s1600/DSCN8335.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="480" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-ldbM2Op7Tc4/UPJNEwydP9I/AAAAAAAAA8E/UANzmlr07u8/s640/DSCN8335.JPG" width="640" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
3rd. Place the shirt on the box.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>

<div style="text-align: center;">
4th: Make sure the cross is placed on the part of the box that is open.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-8o-aSD6I1m4/UPJNGnRAQHI/AAAAAAAAA8Y/eHGNzHsNfrk/s1600/DSCN8336.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="480" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-8o-aSD6I1m4/UPJNGnRAQHI/AAAAAAAAA8Y/eHGNzHsNfrk/s640/DSCN8336.JPG" width="640" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
5th: With the rubber bands tighten the shirt around the box.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-NTwRZhXSqMQ/UPJNI8bI31I/AAAAAAAAA80/b6TzkduX_YQ/s1600/DSCN8340.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="480" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-NTwRZhXSqMQ/UPJNI8bI31I/AAAAAAAAA80/b6TzkduX_YQ/s640/DSCN8340.JPG" width="640" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
6th: Cut the squares out. BE CAREFUL NOT TO CUT ANYTHING BUT THE SQUARES.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-rR4wfNB8LFI/UPJNLxBcyNI/AAAAAAAAA9I/--UYBzb9Af4/s1600/DSCN8347.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="480" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-rR4wfNB8LFI/UPJNLxBcyNI/AAAAAAAAA9I/--UYBzb9Af4/s640/DSCN8347.JPG" width="640" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

<div style="text-align: center;">
And you're all done! Thrown it in the washing machine to get rid of the marker marks and it's ready to wear.</div>

The Curvy and The Curvelesshttp://www.blogger.com/profile/11523951851613963688noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7952115693429458697.post-91754258771191175402013-01-12T22:53:00.000-08:002013-01-15T18:27:56.706-08:00DIY Jewelry Stand<div class="" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
So i've really been needing another way to organize my jewelry. I saw this method of making one on YouTube and you all can look at plenty videos on there about it, But i thought since i made it i would just post about the process. So here you go!</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-QFE-xbPcEdQ/UPJA2UneGXI/AAAAAAAAA58/YkxjMfHc2Z8/s1600/DSCN8571.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="480" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-QFE-xbPcEdQ/UPJA2UneGXI/AAAAAAAAA58/YkxjMfHc2Z8/s640/DSCN8571.JPG" width="640" /></a></div>
<div class="" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
Supplies: </div>
<div class="" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
Assortment of Plates (Plastic or Glass)</div>
<div class="" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
Wine Glasses (Plastic or Glass)</div>
<div class="" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
Bowls (Plastic or Glass)</div>
<div class="" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
Beads, Gems, Chains, and decorative stuff for the jewelry stand.</div>
<div class="" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
Glue Gun</div>
<div class="" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
Spray Paint</div>
<div class="" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
1st: Spray paint your Plates, Cups, Bowls to your liking and let them dry.<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-hAmQ8Bxkvmg/UPJA5uWeGKI/AAAAAAAAA6Q/9bc_ascHW5Q/s1600/DSCN8573.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="480" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-hAmQ8Bxkvmg/UPJA5uWeGKI/AAAAAAAAA6Q/9bc_ascHW5Q/s640/DSCN8573.JPG" width="640" /></a></div>
<div class="" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
2nd: Decorate the cups by adding beads and jewels to the inside of the cups that you will be stacking your plates on. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-osepx3I8_e4/UPJA4hn-MWI/AAAAAAAAA6E/MMLUBCE4bHs/s1600/DSCN8574.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="480" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-osepx3I8_e4/UPJA4hn-MWI/AAAAAAAAA6E/MMLUBCE4bHs/s640/DSCN8574.JPG" width="640" /></a></div>
<div class="" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
3rd: Put hot glue on the rim of the cup you added stuff in.</div>
<div class="" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
4th: Turn the bottom plate upside down and place the plate on top of the cup. Make sure it's centered. (Sorry I don't have a picture)</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-TSq-tYcjWNE/UPJA6LsjHDI/AAAAAAAAA6c/sbsUn6hV8Ac/s1600/DSCN8575.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="480" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-TSq-tYcjWNE/UPJA6LsjHDI/AAAAAAAAA6c/sbsUn6hV8Ac/s640/DSCN8575.JPG" width="640" /></a></div>
<div class="" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
5th: Turn the plate with the cup upside down, and there is your first layer!</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-V4yfzHqCgUQ/UPJA8yMiPuI/AAAAAAAAA6o/6CWCa5eRXv0/s1600/DSCN8576.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="480" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-V4yfzHqCgUQ/UPJA8yMiPuI/AAAAAAAAA6o/6CWCa5eRXv0/s640/DSCN8576.JPG" width="640" /></a></div>
<div class="" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
6th: Now place hot glue on the bottom on the glass.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-aewooqCT2lg/UPJA81fIreI/AAAAAAAAA6k/qic5I2Aeo2U/s1600/DSCN8577.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="480" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-aewooqCT2lg/UPJA81fIreI/AAAAAAAAA6k/qic5I2Aeo2U/s640/DSCN8577.JPG" width="640" /></a></div>
<div class="" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
7th: Place another smaller plate on the bottom of the cup.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-YxwmREZHBwA/UPJA5nLovuI/AAAAAAAAA6M/A-kvTkPt7wM/s1600/DSCN8572.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="480" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-YxwmREZHBwA/UPJA5nLovuI/AAAAAAAAA6M/A-kvTkPt7wM/s640/DSCN8572.JPG" width="640" /></a></div>
<div class="" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
8th: Add another cup.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-L4rxkhnMybQ/UPJBGALVbiI/AAAAAAAAA7M/-1cSjxuYCxM/s1600/DSCN8581.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="480" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-L4rxkhnMybQ/UPJBGALVbiI/AAAAAAAAA7M/-1cSjxuYCxM/s640/DSCN8581.JPG" width="640" /></a></div>
<div class="" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
9th: Add either a bowl, or a another plate to top it off, if you want. </div>
<div class="" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
And You're done!! (With the structure at least)</div>
<div class="" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
You can add more layers if you want but i didn't want mine to be that big so i just stopped there.</div>
<div class="" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
Next up Decorating:</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-Ne7lOwIFyjc/UPJBDHG8tVI/AAAAAAAAA7E/jyyVNYLkb08/s1600/DSCN8580.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="480" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-Ne7lOwIFyjc/UPJBDHG8tVI/AAAAAAAAA7E/jyyVNYLkb08/s640/DSCN8580.JPG" width="640" /></a></div>
<div class="" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
Now i won't go into detail with how i decorated it but i will say add something like a chain so you can stick your earrings in it. </div>
<div class="" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
But yep! That's it! Decorate it however you feel you need to and you're all done! It's all about personalization to be honest.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Enjoy your new Jewelry stand!</div>
<br />

<span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;"></span><br />
<span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">Okay, We know we've been slacking this year with our posts, but you can't blame us because we're working hard in school. BUT Curvy and I have come up with the idea to basically just start over!! Yes start, over! We're going to be changing things up a bit. We're going to post almost everyday about our life and what's going on. We are still going to be doing tutorials and such things, but we're going to be more involved. It'll be an on-the-go blog basically. We did a bad job at showing how our fashion/make-up techniques changed in 2012. So, this year will be different. We've deleted everything unimportant and we're just starting fresh. We hope you love the NEW Curvy and Curveless!</span><br />

<i>Inspiration</i></h2>
<img src="http://25.media.tumblr.com/tumblr_m6cwifv4FP1qcim7zo1_r1_500.jpg" />Img via Tumblr<br />
<img height="494" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-0ZNbBQ7o9d8/T72RN6C-F8I/AAAAAAAABVM/2FH_Rs18R5U/s640/ShirtRe9.jpg" width="640" /> Img Via Google Images<br />
<br />
I'm giving you a different take on these embellishments. Let's go!<br />
<h3>
Materials:</h3>
<h4>
Shorts</h4>
Studs: any size and shape<br />
Shorts with back pocket all ready torn half way off (or not. It depends on you!)<br />
Pliers<br />
<br />
<h4>
Collar</h4>
Chain<br />
Pliers<br />
Needle and thread<br />
Shirt with collar<br />
<br />
<h2>
<i>Shorts </i></h2>
Grab your shorts and your studs and set them out. Figure out how you want your studs to be. In my case i want mine just to outline the ripped pocket.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-2OHW0MuQDdA/T_yXbBOEmOI/AAAAAAAAAvc/UfdyVenudg8/s1600/Studs+and+Chains+1+.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="640" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-2OHW0MuQDdA/T_yXbBOEmOI/AAAAAAAAAvc/UfdyVenudg8/s640/Studs+and+Chains+1+.jpg" width="640" /></a></div>
Grab your stud and place it where you want it. Make sure you push the prongs down all the way through the jean material.<span style="background-color: white;"> </span><br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-NyXEaqafAbo/T_yXcJ8v4OI/AAAAAAAAAvk/3nXrieoqfro/s1600/Studs+and+Chains+2.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="640" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-NyXEaqafAbo/T_yXcJ8v4OI/AAAAAAAAAvk/3nXrieoqfro/s640/Studs+and+Chains+2.jpg" width="640" /></a></div>
<span style="background-color: white;"><br /></span><br />
<span style="background-color: white;">Take your pliers and push down the prongs </span><span style="background-color: white;">protruding</span><span style="background-color: white;"> out the back. and there you go!</span><br />
<span style="background-color: white;">Since i did an outline i just added them </span><span style="background-color: white;">according</span><span style="background-color: white;"> to where the </span><span style="background-color: white;">pockets</span><span style="background-color: white;"> were, but feel free to add them where ever you want them. :) </span><br />
<br />
<h2>
<i>Collar</i></h2>

<span style="background-color: white;"><br /></span><br />
<span style="background-color: white;">Grab your chain and place the middle link on the tip of the collar. My chain is about 2 to 2 1/2 inches, it all depends on your collar. Sew the middle link to the tip starting from the back and using an over under technique. DO NOT GO AROUND THE TIP! Next tie the ends off when the thread is secure enough. Now take the loose ends and pull them until where they end, on the edge of the collar. Then sew the ends using the same technique as before. Once again DO NOT GO AROUND THE EDGE! Do the same for the last remaining hanging chain. Then you're done with that half of the collar, Just repeat the steps on the other part of the collar </span><span style="background-color: white;">(Or just do one! That'll be cool..)</span><span style="background-color: white;"> and you're all done!</span><br />

<span style="font-family: 'Trebuchet MS', sans-serif;">Hey, guys! I have been so busy lately. I'm on summer vacation! So I have been doing a lot of crafts in between and this is just a small DIY I did. I had some black jeans that I no longer wore so I cut them, shredded them(I will be doing a tutorial on this), bleached them, and distressed them! Originally I thought they were going to come out khaki. But....no! I'm okay with that! I LOVE this color. I used <a href="http://curvyandcurveless.blogspot.com/2012/06/diy-shorts-out-of-jeans-part-1-of.html">this cutting method.</a> Instead of dying them in a large bowl <a href="http://curvyandcurveless.blogspot.com/2012/06/diy-bleached-shorts-part-2-of-summer.html">like this,</a> I used the spray bottle method all over. I didn't want it to be all one color. I wanted some areas darker than other areas!</span></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-iCg3uPohF8M/T-5EGug5yaI/AAAAAAAAAtw/djQ1vdctgcY/s1600/PicMonkey+Collageshort.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="640" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-iCg3uPohF8M/T-5EGug5yaI/AAAAAAAAAtw/djQ1vdctgcY/s640/PicMonkey+Collageshort.jpg" width="534" /></a><a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-HReK9MJiWR8/T-5EDCV38KI/AAAAAAAAAto/Qjf2wp3Utmc/s1600/PicMonkey+CollageShorts.png" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="213" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-HReK9MJiWR8/T-5EDCV38KI/AAAAAAAAAto/Qjf2wp3Utmc/s640/PicMonkey+CollageShorts.png" width="640" /></a></div>
<span style="font-family: 'Trebuchet MS', sans-serif;">For the distressing on the side, I used the tweezers method. I will include this in the Shredding Tutorial. </span><br />

<br />
This is my take on her beautiful head chain. Enjoy it!<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-SH6ZMKUuSjA/T-5VpOwlBDI/AAAAAAAAAuk/BHXAV97cGHA/s1600/Materials.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="640" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-SH6ZMKUuSjA/T-5VpOwlBDI/AAAAAAAAAuk/BHXAV97cGHA/s640/Materials.jpg" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
Materials:<br />
Chain<br />
2 Barrette Clips or Hair Combs<br />
Pliers<br />
Split Rings and/or Jump Rings<br />
*OPTIONAL Necklace Fasteners<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-4KbjheMtSyo/T-5e-KElHlI/AAAAAAAAAuw/KzZEO3rYcxo/s1600/CHain1.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="640" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-4KbjheMtSyo/T-5e-KElHlI/AAAAAAAAAuw/KzZEO3rYcxo/s640/CHain1.jpg" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
1. Measure out how much chain you want and cut it with your pliers. If your pliers don't cut chain then you could possibly use some good scissors<br />
2. Once you cut the first chain measure the second about 1-2 inches less than the first chain and cut it. Then do the same for the last chain. Cut it 1-2 inches less than the second chain.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-5tr3b8gTrdw/T-5e-1JvVdI/AAAAAAAAAu4/rdbCXftkr_E/s1600/CHain2.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="640" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-5tr3b8gTrdw/T-5e-1JvVdI/AAAAAAAAAu4/rdbCXftkr_E/s640/CHain2.jpg" width="638" /></a></div>
<br />
3.Connect your jump rings to your two longest chains. Connect them at both ends.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-xjeep6ubXS8/T-5e_qvsefI/AAAAAAAAAvA/y_WefjaoXWc/s1600/CHain3.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="640" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-xjeep6ubXS8/T-5e_qvsefI/AAAAAAAAAvA/y_WefjaoXWc/s640/CHain3.jpg" width="638" /></a></div>
<br />
<span style="background-color: white;">4.Then connect the necklaces fasteners to those jump rings. I did this because i want to be able to take these last two chains off and possibly turn them into a necklace.</span><br />
5. With the last chain i added the large split rings to both ends.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-h9zIp1QIEs0/T-5fARYPlvI/AAAAAAAAAvI/mZ33_xcfzhM/s1600/CHain4.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="640" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-h9zIp1QIEs0/T-5fARYPlvI/AAAAAAAAAvI/mZ33_xcfzhM/s640/CHain4.jpg" width="638" /></a></div>
<br />
6.attach the large chain to the Barrette clip (or Hair Combs) through the slot in the middle. Then repeat with the second to largest one. Repeat with the other side of the chain.<br />
7. Lastly, Attach the last chain with split ring to the barrette clip <span style="background-color: white;">(or Hair Combs)</span><span style="background-color: white;">. Repeat with the other side of the chains</span><br />
<span style="background-color: white;"><br /></span><br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-QaxtH2b6CvE/T-5fBCWhzhI/AAAAAAAAAvQ/m9MF_61hS7w/s1600/CHain5.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="640" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-QaxtH2b6CvE/T-5fBCWhzhI/AAAAAAAAAvQ/m9MF_61hS7w/s640/CHain5.jpg" width="638" /></a></div>
<span style="background-color: white;"><br /></span><br />
And You're all done. I was going to add some pearls to the chains but i didn't really like it. but feel free to personalize yours the way you want! ;)<br />
<br />
Have a nice day ChiChi's and ChoCho's<br />

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
So i've been wanting these shorts but i didn't want to pay $40-$100 for them (And they're waaay to short for my parents) so i decided to make some myself.</div>

How to ombre bleach shorts:</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-pT8Ufe9s1_4/T-vNECjvMlI/AAAAAAAAAtE/eKz6KSUv5Qc/s1600/bleach+9.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="640" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-pT8Ufe9s1_4/T-vNECjvMlI/AAAAAAAAAtE/eKz6KSUv5Qc/s640/bleach+9.jpg" width="622" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
1. Using the steps from our shorts out of jeans tutorial <a href="http://curvyandcurveless.blogspot.com/2012/06/diy-shorts-out-of-jeans-part-1-of.html">here.</a> Cut your jeans, cuff them, and distress them as much as you want.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
2. Next label your spray bottle "BLEACH" I labeled mine everywhere just so people won't get confused and cause chaos. Then put on your gloves and pour as much bleach in the bottle as need. I put about a cup in my bottle.<a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/--3h-DOVAKiQ/T-u3WU_Oz6I/AAAAAAAAAsY/hmExaq0hkFU/s1600/bleach+10.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="640" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/--3h-DOVAKiQ/T-u3WU_Oz6I/AAAAAAAAAsY/hmExaq0hkFU/s640/bleach+10.jpg" width="622" /></a></div>
<div class="" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
3. Lay your shorts on the ground and start spraying the ends of you shorts</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
*NOTE when the sun is out and is on your shorts the bleach will bleach it faster.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
4. Next, set the shorts outside for about 15 mins to let the bleach really penetrate the shorts.<a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-MYvE8C4efQ4/T-u3XKPGAzI/AAAAAAAAAsg/LAUXJZv6huo/s1600/bleach+11.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="640" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-MYvE8C4efQ4/T-u3XKPGAzI/AAAAAAAAAsg/LAUXJZv6huo/s640/bleach+11.jpg" width="622" /></a></div>
<div class="" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
5. Get the shorts and run water over them and get the excess bleach out the shorts</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
6. Then throw them in the washer and dryer and you're all done!</div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
<br /></div>

<div style="text-align: left;">
1. grab a bowl and pour about 1 cup of bleach into it. </div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
2. grab your shorts and dip them in the bleach. add bleach as needed.</div>
<div style="text-align: left;">

Part 1 of the Summer Jeans, Jeans, Jeans series.Inspiration.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<span style="background-color: white;">So, I've been seeing cut off shorts EVERYWHERE on the internet and I really like them but i refuse to pay top dollar for them so why not make them in the "Summer Jeans, Jeans, Jeans" series?!</span></div>
<br />
Materials:<br />
High waste jeans (Or low rise. It all depends on you)<br />
Scissors<br />
Washable Marker<br />
Thread and Needle *Optional<br />
<br />
So let's start!<br />
<a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-cyLRMhEUgiA/T-ZqrN5H-II/AAAAAAAAArU/a-9cyOB_dcM/s1600/Jeans+1.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="clear: right; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-left: 1em; text-align: center;"><img border="0" height="640" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-cyLRMhEUgiA/T-ZqrN5H-II/AAAAAAAAArU/a-9cyOB_dcM/s640/Jeans+1.jpg" width="640" /></a><a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-pooAC4XfNUA/T-ZqxzUEXgI/AAAAAAAAAsM/b5ygqxHLWL4/s1600/Jeans+1.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em; text-align: center;"><img border="0" height="640" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-pooAC4XfNUA/T-ZqxzUEXgI/AAAAAAAAAsM/b5ygqxHLWL4/s640/Jeans+1.jpg" width="640" /></a>
<br />
1. First try on your jeans and see where you want them to stop. I want mine to stop about 3 in below the groin area. <span style="background-color: white;">Then mark where you stopped with your marker.</span><span style="background-color: white;"> </span><br />
<br />
<a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-p4nKR5cuQ7Q/T-ZqsKYTN-I/AAAAAAAAArc/_YvtCovGpCk/s1600/Jeans+3.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em; text-align: center;"><img border="0" height="640" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-p4nKR5cuQ7Q/T-ZqsKYTN-I/AAAAAAAAArc/_YvtCovGpCk/s640/Jeans+3.jpg" width="640" /></a>
<br />
2. Take off the pants and make a straight line horizontal from where you marked it.<br />
<br />
<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-z7iwBw8gl-Q/T-ZqtDdCX8I/AAAAAAAAArk/fXBPWRmE0tg/s1600/Jeans+4.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em; text-align: center;"><img border="0" height="640" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-z7iwBw8gl-Q/T-ZqtDdCX8I/AAAAAAAAArk/fXBPWRmE0tg/s640/Jeans+4.jpg" width="640" /></a>
<br />
3. depending on which way your pants fold, fold them one time and cut following that line. (Now you officially have shorts!!)<br />
<br />
<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-LqnfN0g6TZI/T-Zqt-N8mPI/AAAAAAAAArs/ArPQXPH6YSU/s1600/Jeans+5.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em; text-align: center;"><img border="0" height="640" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-LqnfN0g6TZI/T-Zqt-N8mPI/AAAAAAAAArs/ArPQXPH6YSU/s640/Jeans+5.jpg" width="640" /></a>
<br />
4. Next put the shorts back on and fold them to where you want them folded. <span style="background-color: white;"> </span><span style="background-color: white;">(If you want to fold them, its up to you)</span><br />
<br />
<a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-nny6ZXkqX7o/T-ZqvER5kNI/AAAAAAAAAr0/tSHvmycASJw/s1600/Jeans+6.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em; text-align: center;"><img border="0" height="640" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-nny6ZXkqX7o/T-ZqvER5kNI/AAAAAAAAAr0/tSHvmycASJw/s640/Jeans+6.jpg" width="640" /></a>
<br />
<br />
Take them off still folded. Since i folded mine twice i will unfold it once in order to stitch it. You can stitch it when its folded twice, it's all up to you! Then take your needle and what ever color thread you want and begin to do a up and over stitch at the top of the folded area. <span style="background-color: white;">(Using a sewing machine will reduce a lot of time)</span><span style="background-color: white;"> </span><span style="background-color: white;">Knot it off and fold the shorts back to where they were and you're all done!! Throw them in the washer just to get the marker off and you have a new pair of shorts!!</span><br />
<br />
EXTRA!<br />
<br />
Here's ways to distress your new shorts. A simple way and a more complicated way.<br />
<br />
Simple way(shorter)<br />
<a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-NTX7q_22TGo/T-ZqwCRyquI/AAAAAAAAAr8/pSJV8ejaMSw/s1600/Jeans+7.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em; text-align: center;"><img border="0" height="640" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-NTX7q_22TGo/T-ZqwCRyquI/AAAAAAAAAr8/pSJV8ejaMSw/s640/Jeans+7.jpg" width="640" /></a>
<br />
Take your scissors and cut a straight line through your material.<br />
Take some tongs and pull hard on one side of the slit. When the strands start coming out, that means you're doing the right thing.<br />
repeat on the other side.<br />
<br />
Advanced way (Longer)<br />
<a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-TjmMhWit3Z4/T-Zqw9fE_MI/AAAAAAAAAsE/PsEPKT3vXc8/s1600/Jeans+8.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em; text-align: center;"><img border="0" height="640" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-TjmMhWit3Z4/T-Zqw9fE_MI/AAAAAAAAAsE/PsEPKT3vXc8/s640/Jeans+8.jpg" width="640" /></a>
<br />
Take a needle and pick a thread from the fabric. YOU HAVE TO PICK THE SAME COLOR FABRICS IN ORDER FOR IT TO LOOK GOOD.<br />
Keep picking the threads until you're satisfied with how big the patch it.<br />
<br />

<span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">1. <strong>Who are your style icons?</strong></span><br />
<span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">I really don't have a specific person who's style captures my attention. My style is very original & all me.</span></div>

We asked 6 girls, 3 curvy, 3 curveless, to submit photos of their favorite outfits and favorite accessories. We asked them to answer some questions, too. So to kick off this chain of events is Ismael. He is one of our buds and I LOVE his style! Yes, he is not a girl, but I just had to include him. Below you shall see why.<br />

<br />
<div style="text-align: left;">
Meet Ismael! He's so adorable! Lol</div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
1.<strong> Who are your style icons?</strong> <br />
I would have to say my style icons are: Bobby hicks from thisfellow.com; Andreas Wijk, 19-year-old singer from Sweden; Peter Adrian from mydogbear.tumblr.com; and KanyeWest.</div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
2. <strong>What do you look for when you buy clothes?</strong><br />
When looking for clothes, I look for pieces that reflect my sense of style and personality. I also look for pieces that allow me to be stylish - without having to sacrifice my comfort. Also, I look for clothing that compliments my body structure. For example: since I’m short, I tend to stay away from clothes that are baggy and lean for fitted clothing that help accentuate my body’s lines that give the illusion of added height. </div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
3. <strong>What are your favorite things to wear? Why?</strong><br />
Some of my favorite things to wear are: khakis- as they pretty much look good with any clothing piece I have; blazers – because a really nice, fitted blazer can make anyone look nice and are extremely versatile; and beanies – as I use them to complete my outfits to give it a edgy look, and when I’m having a bad hair day, or just don’tjust feel like doing my hair, I can just throw it on and call it a day. </div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
4. <strong>Where do you like to shop?</strong>I like to shop at stores like Forever 21, Pacsun, American Apparel, and H&M. Before heading to those stores though – I actually head to my local thrift store and find what I can, so I don’t have to pay retail price. I’m always surprised at the neat things I can find, most of time for less than ten dollars. </div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
5. <strong>What trends do you love at the moment?</strong>Trends that I currently love at the moment are the clean, preppy, draper looks such as wearing vests, formal velvet jackets, or blazers mixed up with denim or cords.</div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
6. <strong>Describe you style.</strong></div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
I would say I have a preppy-urban style.</div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
7. <strong>How can TCATC Readers learn more about you?Twitter? Tumblr?</strong>TCATC Readers can learn more about me by stopping by my Lookbook at lookbook.nu/ismyelle .They can follow me on Twitter: @Ismyelle and Tumblr: brokenvirtues.tumblr.com</div>

Well i recently added a new item to my accessories collection, a sick body chain. I've never seen one like this one so i had to have it. I got it from a little accessory boutique called Body Candy. It's super heavy and since it is a chain it easily gets tangled but other then that it's a great piece of jewelry. So here is what i would wear with my new body chain. You can accommodate any piece of clothing with it. You don't have to have exactly what i'm wearing.</div>

With this outfit i kept the clothing very simple and the accessories very bold. Since the chain is already a lot, i thought to go with the black dress. The black dress allows the chain to stand out from the look. You can pair this with a colored jacket, here the jacket is a suede like material and it contrast with the texture of the dress. The jacket will work on cooler summer nights. With the shoes i chose two pair, black MK's with silver detail and some simple black oxfords. I chose two pair because you could dress this outfit up or down. I have some simple studded clip-on earrings, and a cheap rhinestoned bracelet and a simple black statement ring.</div>

With this outfit i matched the body chain with sailor styled high wasted shorts, with silver buttons and zipper. Along with it i paired it with a grey and a white tank. The white tank has tool roses detailed by the collar but you can't see it on camera. Okay, with the shoes i don't really have a large variety of shoes but i paired it with the black oxfords and some silver oxfords. I didn't know which ones to choose so i chose both pair. And the earrings i chose were small grey circular earrings.</div>

Why not show you guys how to do it, If you don't already know. :) It's really simple to do. You don't have to just fringe the bottom you could also fringe the sleeves or maybe even the collar. I will also post a picture of the bottom fringe with no sleeves. I hope you enjoy this easy DIY. </div><div style="text-align: center;">Materials:</div><div style="text-align: center;">Shirt</div><div style="text-align: center;">Ruler</div><div style="text-align: center;">Scissor</div><div style="text-align: center;">Light colored washable marker</div><div style="text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: center;">1. Get all of your materials and lay your shirt out flat.</div><div style="text-align: center;"><br />

</div><span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">Okay. Let me explain the title! Stydol just means Style Idol. I simply combined the two. </span><br />
<br />
<span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">Now that we have settled that, I would like to introduce you to my Stydols! I have 2. Just 2. Totally opposite! One day, I may feel super girly! The next, I may feel very rocker-ish, or like a tomboy. Hmm, Who are they?</span><br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">Who do you think it is?</span><br />

Rihanna. I mean, everyone knows I'm obsessed with her style! She is so beautiful and remarkable at her career. I look up to her! Most of the things she wears I get inspired to find for myself! I also have red hair so I try to not look like I'm mocking her but I do sample some things she wears. When I am feeling a bit edgy, I tend to channel my inner Rihanna. Can you blame me? She is fierce! Everything she wears I LOVE!</span></div><img height="480" src="http://img2.timeinc.net/people/i/2011/stylewatch/blog/110822/rihanna-440x330.jpg" width="640" /><br />

<br />
<br />
<span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">Okay now you know my edgy inspiration. Let me introduce you to my girly insides!</span><br />

<span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">Anyhoo, I love her style because it is super girly and fashionable. I love her music and when I listen to it, I picture outfits that go with it. It seems like her style is a reflection of her fun, upbeat songs. Maybe that's how I look at it. But there is no doubt she is bomb!</span><br />

They are in order from most liked. </div><div style="text-align: center;">Taylor Swift had my absolute favorite outfit on. Her hair to the back with that gorgeous dress on made her Best Dressed in my book. </div><div style="text-align: center;">Lykke Li looks very professional. I love the suit, well i love everything. Kate's dress is so gorgeous. So simple and i love the drapery. Rihanna is HOT. Simple but yet a wonderful statement dress. Adele is doing it big. I love the sparkle and the black but i want to see her in some color. Bravo ladies. Keep it up!</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-7USN8ik8dRE/Tz1mn2qEj3I/AAAAAAAAALg/FdpnKCSbbWM/s1600/GrammyHotGuys.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="438" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-7USN8ik8dRE/Tz1mn2qEj3I/AAAAAAAAALg/FdpnKCSbbWM/s640/GrammyHotGuys.jpg" width="640" /></a></div><div style="text-align: center;">Mens outfits i loved!!</div><div style="text-align: center;">David Guetta's suit he had on was sharp. It was casual but yet fancy. I love the added stud details on the collar of the blazer and the shoes. </div><div style="text-align: center;">Common looks well put together just like David its casual but yet fancy. Adam is just hot and clean, but that girl of his is not and dirty. Bruno looks sharp as always.</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-SLlg7Oub6uo/Tz1moxRNEHI/AAAAAAAAALo/SAkEyeC4Uao/s1600/GrammyNOT.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="288" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-SLlg7Oub6uo/Tz1moxRNEHI/AAAAAAAAALo/SAkEyeC4Uao/s640/GrammyNOT.jpg" width="640" /></a></div><div style="text-align: center;">Women's outfit i thought could stay home!!! In order from worst outfit to worst outfit.</div><div style="text-align: center;">Now i was really disappointed with these ladies they're out fits are horrible and you should be able to see why.</div><div style="text-align: center;">Robyn has on Timberland creepers on with a white high to low skirt and a white t-shirt... This is the Grammy's, You're not out on the street. Please fix that. </div><div style="text-align: center;">Nicki is trying to be little red riding hood. Bonnie is trying to be a robot Lady Gaga. (Although i do love her shoes) Skylar grey looks like she has a table cloth on. Anne looks like she didn't want to have anything on. and Taraji looks like a wanna-be mermaid. Sorry ladies i love your movies and you're music but just not your choice in outfit tonight.</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/--igYYIyjNDc/Tz1mpbksG9I/AAAAAAAAALw/iVg1MBcPyVU/s1600/GrammyNOTguys.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="258" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/--igYYIyjNDc/Tz1mpbksG9I/AAAAAAAAALw/iVg1MBcPyVU/s640/GrammyNOTguys.jpg" width="640" /></a></div><div style="text-align: center;">Mens outfit i thought could have been better. These aren't in any particular order.</div><div style="text-align: center;">The worst for me is Rick Ross. It's just a no. Let's dress up a little more can we?</div><div style="text-align: center;">Sum 41 just doesn't look good. I can't explain it. Swiss looks like his jacket and tie were made out of a plush toy. and LL looks good i just don't like his Jacket. It makes him look boxy on top.</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-ygVkuTc2-90/Tz1mm03z6II/AAAAAAAAALQ/5DF7pUoaXa8/s1600/GrammyHM.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="332" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-ygVkuTc2-90/Tz1mm03z6II/AAAAAAAAALQ/5DF7pUoaXa8/s640/GrammyHM.jpg" width="640" /></a></div><div style="text-align: center;">Outfit i thought were lovely! But not the best. Still great looking though.</div><div style="text-align: center;">I really do love Kelly's dress, It's spectacular but i think she could have done more and her hair should have been pinned up. Other then that great job picking out that dress! </div><div style="text-align: center;">I love Lilly dress! I just wish it had no sleeves. The sleeves are throwing me off a bit.</div><div style="text-align: center;">Lady Antebellum look great but Hillary's dress isn't my favorite. The color in her mid-section actually makes her mid section look bigger. but i do love her dress. I think Amber Rose's dress is beautiful. but it's so plain. I do love the color on her!</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-8xkKZUZORfQ/Tz1mqD20KEI/AAAAAAAAAL4/4Yngep8JNjg/s1600/Trend.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="282" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-8xkKZUZORfQ/Tz1mqD20KEI/AAAAAAAAAL4/4Yngep8JNjg/s640/Trend.jpg" width="640" /></a></div><div style="text-align: center;">I've noticed a trend when i looked at the fashions, and that it gold accessories. Everyone had either a gold waste band, necklace, and/or clutch. Is this the trend? I really loved the gold waste band Juliana, Paris, and others had. I also liked the necklace. Alicia Keys had. This trend isn't bad at all as long as you put it to use in the right way.</div><div style="text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: center;">Well that's my Hot and Not of the 2012 Grammy's i thought they had a good show and the winners deserved to win especially Adele. I love her, but overall everyone did a marvelous job! Thumbs up!</div><div style="text-align: center;">Bye for now ChiChi's and ChoCho's!</div><div style="text-align: center;"> <b><i> -Curveless</i></b></div>The Curvy and The Curvelesshttp://www.blogger.com/profile/11523951851613963688noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7952115693429458697.post-78878945176725532522012-02-15T15:47:00.000-08:002012-02-15T15:47:15.219-08:002012 Grammys Fashion<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">Stars poured out at the 54th Annual Grammy Awards! I appreciate my figure; however, I’m sure everyone has that one thing they wish was different. But we have to learn to work with it! With that being said we have broken down each body type to show you!</span><br />
<br />
<span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;"><strong>Pinks:</strong> Your body type is a Diamond. This means your midsection is wide. Wear clothing that will get the focus away from your waist and make your shoulders look wider. Focus on tops with wide necklines, tight under breasts, and flows over your stomach. Wear pants that have wide legs. Focus on clothes that draw they eye up; not down.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;"><strong>Red: </strong>Your body type is Triangle. This means your lower half is not balanced with your upper body. Usually, people with this body type have short legs. I suggest wearing pumps to make your legs appear longer. You should wear pants that are NOT high waisted to avoid looking "chunky". I would not suggest wearing low necklines.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;"><strong>Orange:</strong> Your body type is Rectangle. This means you have a straight edge to your body. With this body type, it is extremely important to wear things that give your that feminine touch; if not, you could look manly. I highly suggest wearing A-Line skirts and tulip skirts. I suggest round necklines and puffy skirts. </span><br />
<span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;"><strong>Yellows:</strong> You are an Apple. This means your midsection is round and your top and bottom are not flat. Find tops that create a defined waste. This will give your top more dimension. You can do tops with wraps, belts, or anything creating an emphasis on waist. For bottoms it's better to wear fuller pants, skinnies will look good but not as good as wide legged jeans. Go for embellishments on your bottoms they will make your bottom half POP. Tiered and bubble skirts are key to your shape.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;"><strong>Purples:</strong> This mean you are balanced; like an hourglass. Find tops with narrow v-necks and tops nipping and the waist to show off you curvy waist. Dark tops and tailored are the best for you. For bottoms choose a nice embellished pocket. Boot cut and slightly flared jeans are the best! A line shirts are what hot with you.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;"><strong>Blues:</strong> You body type is an Inverted Triangle. This means your upper body is not bigger than your lower body. What you want to do is define your waist. Like oval and hour-glass find something that has a nip at the waste to give your top more dimension. Straight legs are better because they can balance out your top half. Skirts that hit your knee's are perfect for you. Choose a skirt that can add extra volume to your bottom area. It makes it seem fuller.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;"><strong>Greens:</strong> You are a Rounded Hourglass. This means your upper body and lower body is balanced, but your edges are round. Wide necklines are your best friend. They create equality with your bottom half.Look for details at the neck such as ties or buttons. No tight shirts but not too loose as well. Get a shirt that fits you perfectly. Skirts and trousers that fit just below the waistline are for you. No tight skirts or pants for you either.Slight cut a-lines are best.</span><br />

<span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">Key Notes for MEN:</span><br />
<span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">If you have a large tummy, avoid tucked in shirts. This can draw the eye down when it should be up.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">If you have body type D, you have a common body type. You can wear virtually anything.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">If you have body type B, wear straight or wide leg pants and fitted shirts and jackets.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">If you have body type C, wear things to emphasize your shoulders. You want to create a body type D.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">If you have body type A, wear jackets with padded shoulders to look balanced.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">If you have body type E, you want to create a longer torso. Wear things that make you look slim.</span><br />
